YOUTH POWER HOUR: Ages 8+ A performance program to gain speed, agility, power, conditioning at a championship level. Learn what it takes to succeed on and off the field by having the physical and mental endurance to overcome obstacles. This program welcomes all athletes, ages 8-13 years. At Jet Sports Training, we cultivate the ultimate championship mindset. 3 times a week ($198 Month)

HIGH SCHOOL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: The summer strength & conditioning program for elite athletes who want to succeed at the varsity level. Speed, agility, power and resistance training in this competitive environment with athletes from all over town will ensure every athlete brings their best effort to every session. Open to all athletes 3 times a week, ages 13 + 18 years.  ($198 Month)

JET 55: Hands down the best atmosphere to reach your fitness goals. One hour of sweat, muscle burn and positive energy. Adult Group Training welcomes individuals of ALL fitness levels to bring the most out of themselves everyday! ($99 month auto pay/ $120 month to month)
